This weekend in Pittsburgh features a ton of fun that can only be found as summer approaches Catch a concert series, have some outdoor fun at the zoo at night or check out a local farmers market. Just make sure you bring the sunscreen and bug spray!

Allegheny County’s 2025 Summer Concert Series

June 20, 6 p.m.

Starting at 6 p.m., you can enjoy local food trucks and drinks from Hop Farm Brewing and Black Dog Winery while local musicians play at the amphitheater, rain or shine! This event is fun for all ages, so bring everyone and anyone.

Summer Safari: A Secret Garden at the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium

June 20, 7-11 p.m.

Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium | 7370 Baker St., Pittsburgh, PA 15206

The zoo and aquarium will be in bloom June 20, with a host of flowers and animals present for fun that also includes live music, food and drink. Check out some of the most popular animal exhibits, enjoy some tunes and make new friends while the sun sets.
