The Great Pumpkin Paint Party

Oct. 10, 6-8 p.m.

Make your own Halloween masterpiece at this painting event for kids ages 8 and older! Local artist Mallory Credito will guide participants through the process of painting a fall scene with pumpkins. Snacks will be provided, and participants can also come early for a Chick-Fil-A dinner.

Banned Books & Breakfast for Kids!

It’s Banned Books Week! Learn about the importance of the freedom to read at this children’s event, featuring readings of banned children’s books and a screening of “A Wrinkle in Time.” Banned books will also be available for purchase with a 10% discount.

Hispanic Heritage Celebration

Learn about the contributions of Hispanic and Latino artists and traditional art forms at this special event celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! Museum visitors can make their own screenprints and see live performances from local musicians and dancers. Spanish-language tours will also be available.
