Tune in to afternoon story time with Alyssa Velazquez, the curator of Locally Sourced, as she reads What Will These Hands Make? by Nikki McClure. Follow one family for a day and discover all of the ways they use their hearts and their hands to make their community a better place. Will these hands make a box to hold memories, a song for a parade, or a quilt that keeps people warm? The questions in this story dare the reader to dream of everything they can be and all that they can do for others.

The story will be followed by a making activity for children ages 12 and under.
