Have you ever thought about going to a support group?

We get it, putting yourself out there and talking about your struggles can feel overwhelming. However, it can feel incredibly isolating to raise a child who is struggling, and hearing from parents who are in the same boat can help to relieve that.
Perhaps, you barely have time to think straight, let alone attend a meeting. Now our virtual support groups can be accessed from your laptop, or from your phone anywhere you are!
Kristen, our Family and Community Support Coordinator said; “Sometimes you just need to talk to other parents. You will be so surprised how many similarities that you will have with them, even if they’re all the way across the state.”
Join us every Monday at 7 PM for a Virtual Parent Support Group!
This group is open to parents, grandparents raising their grandchildren, foster parents and primary caregivers. If you are raising a child who is struggling, you are welcome to join us.
We know how stressful the back-to-school season is for parents, and we’re here for you. In the fall we will offer specific support groups for foster and adoptive parents, and parents of adult children who are struggling.
