Fun at Daycare

Kids go off to daycare while mom and dad go off to work. Childcare offers kids the opportunity to socialize and develop new skills in a safe environment, while giving parents peace of mind.
Even at this young age, three and four year olds, kids have their own opinion of what they like. Out of the mouths of babes, here’s what they have to say about their favorite part of daycare.
“I like riding the bikes.”
- Lilly, age three, Wilkins Township
“Music time.”
- Logan, age three, Penn Hills
“Reading a story. We sit on squares [carpet remnants] on the floor.”
- Ella, age three, South Hills
“Snack time. Yummy. Sometimes we eat goldfish [crackers].”
- Joseph, age four, North Hills
“Being with my friends.”
- Gianna, age four, Plum
“I like giving my friends Valentine cards and things.”
- Aiden, age four, Greensburg
“When Miss Kee takes me to the park, I ride the tire swing.”
- Jake, age four, New Kensington
“We march round and round.”
- Noah, age four, Oakdale
