Penn State Beaver’s summer youth programs provide local youngsters with educationally-sound instruction, delivered in fun and creative ways. Our academic camps provide an opportunity for kids to learn and practice STE(A)M concepts through the exploration of robotics, chemistry, sustainability, literature, and theatrical performances. Our sports camps teach kids athletic confidence and sportsmanship. This year’s newest camp, “Demigod’s Quest Camp” focuses on mythology and team building skills related to the Percy Jackson & the Olympians novels and the Camp Half-Blood Chronicles authored by Rick Riordan.
