PRE Ground Beef Tacos

Servings: 4

Prep time: 2 minutes

Cook time: 8-10 minutes
Meat: 

  • 1 PRE 85% Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Toppings: 

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup favorite salsa
  • 1 cup favorite shredded Mexican cheese
  • 6-8 tortillas

1. In a large skillet on medium-high heat, brown ground beef for 6-8 minutes until there is no pink. Do not drain the fat.

 2. Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and salt. Taste and season with more salt or pepper. Set aside.

3. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings!

 

One Bowl - PRE Meatloaf

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 55 minutes

Loaf:

  • 1 lb PRE 90% Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup tomato paste

Topping: 

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

1.    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. And grease a loaf pan.

2.    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the loaf.

3.    Pack into the loaf pan until flat. 

4.    Bake for 45 minutes and drain any excess fat on the top.

5.    Combine all topping mixture in small bowl. Spread on top of the loaf. Bake for additional 10 minutes.

6.    Slice and serve hot.    

 

PRE Ground Beef Cheeseburgers

Servings: 3-4

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10-15 minutes

 

  • 1 PRE 85% Lean Ground Beef, room temp
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3-4 slices, cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 3-4 green lettuce leave
  • 3-4 hamburger buns

Optional toppings: aioli, ketchup, mustard, relish

  1. Heat cast iron skillet to medium-high.
  2. In large bowl, season ground beef with salt and garlic powder. Form into either 3 – 1/3 lb patties or 4 – ¼ lb patties. Make an indent into the center of each patty with your thumb.
  3. Place the patties into the cast iron skillet thumb print down. Leave for 4 minutes and flip.
  4. Top with cheese and leave for additional 3-4 minutes until cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Assemble your burger with tomato, lettuce, onion, and any other toppings you would like! Enjoy.

 

PRE Ground Beef Bolognese

  • 1 PRE 92% lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. olive oil, separated
  • 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 28oz. jar of your favorite pasta sauce
  • 4-6 basil leaves, thinly sliced for garnish

1.     Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a large skillet over medium

2.     Add the ground beef and stir until fully cooked and there’s no pink. Drain and set aside. 

3.     Heat another tsp. of oil in the pan. Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4.     Return beef to the pan and add pasta sauce.

5.     Season with the salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes.

6.     Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Reserve about ¼ cup of pasta liquid

7.     Drain the rest of pasta and toss with sauce and reserved liquid*

Serve topped with parmesan and basil garnish.
